Check the Special Events page (or select from the Meetings page) to get information about our December holiday party.
To visit us, please click on this schedule and/or directions link. You will also find these links on the Meetings and Programs pages; or from anywhere, click on Meetings at the top of a page.
We welcome visitors at all of our meetings.
The office of Vice President is open - members are encouraged to volunteer by e-mail to the Webmaster. We would like to vote for you at the December holiday party.
The remaining slate of officers for calendar year 2009 was approved at the November general meeting (see the Programs page); Hilton Braithwaite excused himself from the slate.
Note for ‘Switchers’ (PC users who are considering buying or have bought a Mac). A ‘Genius’ at the Apple store will migrate your files for free. Our Homepage also has a number of PDF documents to help you.
WiFi is available through connection to the library. We are thus able to provide our own Airport LAN. Bring your laptop.
(This is sometimes unavailable due to changes by library management. We are working with them to restore the service. Meanwhile we are often able use our own WiFi repeater to extend the range of the library’s broadcast into the meeting room so that our Airport can pickup the service.)
Note 1: Calendar (iCal) view links and iCal subscribe links have
changed, check here > Meetings - Main !!
Note 2: Two new Apple links have been added to the Links page.
AAS is a member of the Macintosh User Groups (MUG) and The Apple Groups Team (TAGTeam). TAGTeam is NOT affiliated with Apple, Inc.
